How we work.
The same four steps every time: audit, locked scope, build sprint, documented handoff. You see scope, timeline, and price range before anything is built — and the numbers decide what happens next.

Week 1
Discovery and audit
You bring system access, workflow notes, and examples of the pain. We map the current process and baseline the effort and error rates. Output: an audit brief with one prioritized bottleneck and concrete targets.
Week 2
Scope and proposal
We agree on the bottleneck and constraints, then define the automation logic, integrations, and rollout boundaries. Output: a fixed sprint scope with milestones and a committed price range — signed before any build.
Weeks 3–5
Implementation sprint
We build against your real data, handle the edge cases, and send weekly updates tied to the baseline metrics. Output: a production-ready system with validation logs and operating instructions.
Week 6
Handoff and proof
Team training, documentation transfer, and an agreed support cadence. Output: a stable system your team owns, an owner checklist, and the measured numbers that decide whether a next sprint is worth it.
Pricing, in the open
Ranges, not "contact us". The exact number lands at scope sign-off and doesn't move after it.

Medium
€3k–8k
Multiple systems, custom rules, alerts

Questions everyone asks
Who will we actually be working with?
Redefine is a deliberately small agency: the people on the intro call are the people who design and build your system. No account managers, no handoffs between departments — which is why decisions happen in days, not meetings.
What kind of projects are the best fit?
Two shapes. First: operational bottlenecks — catalog, orders, inventory, support — where manual work eats ten or more hours a week. Second: products or internal tools you would normally hire a dev team for, where tight scope and fast iteration matter more than headcount.
What does the first call cover?
Thirty minutes on one concrete bottleneck: the workflow, the systems it touches, and what fixed would look like. You leave with a practical read on scope, timeline, and budget range. There is no cost and no obligation attached to it.
How fast do we see results?
The first sprint runs four to six weeks from audit to handoff, and early improvements usually show up during testing, before final delivery. If a scope cannot produce a measurable result in that window, we cut it down until it can.
What does it cost?
Simple projects typically land between €1,500 and €3,000, medium ones €3,000 to €8,000, and complex builds €8,000 to €20,000+. Cost is driven by the number of systems involved, data volume and quality, custom business rules, and how much reliability tooling the process needs. You get a fixed range at scope sign-off — before the build starts.
Do you require a retainer?
No. Each sprint is scoped and priced independently. After handoff you can stop, continue with the next bottleneck, or take maintenance in-house — the documentation is written so that is a real option.
What if we already know exactly what we want built?
Then the audit week gets shorter and mostly verifies assumptions against real data. We still baseline the current process, because that is what the result is measured against later.
Will we be locked into your tools?
No. We build on maintainable, mostly open architecture, and every delivery includes documentation, ownership notes, and training. The goal is that your team can run — and change — the system without us.
What if the honest answer is "don't build this"?
Then that is the answer you get, in the first call, for free. Some bottlenecks are process problems, not software problems. Telling you that early is cheaper for everyone than proving it expensively.
Can you work with our existing developers or agency?
Yes. We regularly align with internal teams by defining interfaces, responsibilities, and release checkpoints up front, so there is no overlapping work and no unclear ownership.
Still have one?
Bring it to the intro call — 30 minutes, no obligation, and you leave with a plan either way.
